Mosaic Construction Services

In 2007, I had the good fortune of working with Tom Smithers on the construction of my custom luxury home.  Tom served as the general contractor responsible for every aspect of construction.  His work was excellent.  I had the opportunity to hear Tom handle problems with contractors many times. He handled every situation with complete confidence resulting in the correction of every issue that ever came up during the 11-month construction.  He was familiar with every aspect of the project and occasionally solved problems for the professionals hired to do specific jobs.  Since that time, I recommended Tom for the construction of a shoe store in Minneapolis and the owner still thanks me nearly every time I see him. 

Over the years, as issues arose in my home, I would call Tom and he would either repair it himself or find the right people to do the job.  He never made me wait despite his busy schedule.  I couldn’t work with another general as Tom has set the bar too high.  I’m fairly certain that nobody could compare.

Whoever works with Tom will, no doubt, feel as I do about his abilities as his work is impeccable and he is so very very easy to work with.  He is an excellent builder, manager of people and details, problem solver and most importantly, he’s completely trustworthy.

I own a couple rental properties in Rochester, MN that we buy, fix up, and rent.

Mosaic is the company who does all the tough work on the houses. He is a master at almost any job he is put in front of, but I have to say his ability to trouble shoot the big problems is what I admire most. We have had Mosaic custom order and install many windows for houses that are 100 years old and nothing square to the world. He always seems to find a way to get the window in and trim on as if it was the original window.
