Custom Built Deck
In this project, the existing deck was torn down and removed and replaced with maintenance free decking and railing. The clients also requested lighting, which Tom installed to add extra ambiance. The clients especially were fond of the remote control feature, and are now happily enjoying evenings on their new deck.

Custom “Porch Potty”
This “Porch Potty” was a Pinterest inspired project the client contacted Mosaic Construction about building. Tom adapted the plans for the project and customized it to the client’s specifications. The results were a happy client and two very happy pups!
Deck Rejuvenation
For this project, the clients requested Mosaic Construction to revamp an existing deck. Maintenance free decking and railing was installed after removal of the existing. The clients chose multicolored decking which provided Tom the opportunity to lay it in a more interesting design. Stairs were added, and the clients are now enjoying their maintenance free deck.
